Biography

Xulong Zhang, MD, is an Attending Physician at the Rhinoplasty and Nasal Reconstruction Center and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital/Boston Children's Hospital in the United States. In 2013, he graduated from the seven-year integrated Bachelor's and Master's program in Clinical Medicine at Nankai University School of Medicine. In 2016, he graduated with a major in Burns and Plastic Surgery from PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital)/PLA Medical School. During his doctoral studies from 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital/Boston Children's Hospital in the United States, conducting research on metabolic function after severe burns. From 2016 to 2019, he successively completed standardized residency training and specialized training as a plastic surgeon. Since 2019, he has worked at the Rhinoplasty and Nasal Reconstruction Center and specializes in comprehensive rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction; comprehensive scar treatment; liposuction and body contouring; and diagnosis and treatment of superficial body masses.
